If you get an error message when clicking on the Request Service button, please log into the ticket system using your NinerNET first. Login is performed by clicking the “Sign In” link near the Search bar in the header. If you have trouble logging into the Ticket System, please submit a ticket for log in assistance.

The specific ticket request form for tickets directly to Student Affairs IT has been discontinued. Please submit a General Ticket Request and it will be routed to the appropriate team to handle your request.
As our campus services have expanded, the need for a broader ticket requests have been recommended. We now have multiple File Sharing options on campus; Dropbox, Google Drive, Network Storage (H:, J:, S:), and Microsoft OneDrive. If you follow the link below it will take you to a list of these ticket requests.
Please follow the instructions provided in the request forms and give specific descriptions so your request is fulfilled as you request.
